Stephanie Pascal (Realtor®, Green, e-Pro®) entered real estate with a head for numbers; adoration of architecture, older buildings, and loft conversions; and strong knowledge of the local real estate markets where she lives, works, and plays. Since 1994 Stephanie has resided in San Francisco or Oakland (at times both!), so she is uniquely positioned to help undecided cross-bay buyers identify where they will land, as well as sort and prioritize their reasons.

Stephanie belongs to both professional associations (SFAR, OBAR/Bridge) and both MLSs, and she navigates the bridge in a zero-emissions EV, one of many green commitments Stephanie honors in her professional and personal life.

All of the above led to Stephanie’s instant success in the business of being an agent, but specific and measurable results have included these: More than 70% of buyers got their first or second offer accepted—without overpaying. Approximately one-quarter of these received price negotiations or other concessions after acceptance in a sellers’ market. A Bernal Heights listing set the local record high for price per square foot at the time of the sale; a Potrero Hill/Showplace Square listing set the record high price and price per square foot in its building and against all local comps. East Bay sellers enjoyed Stephanie’s unparalleled access to San Francisco buyers and their agents through her San Francisco network.

Also setting Stephanie apart are her green and safe container commitments: Stephanie has been sought after in the LGBTQIAPK+ community and by people with multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS/EI). Her fragrance-free vehicles/personage and support of all identities and alternative lifestyles have made her the clear choice for some clients, in addition to her keen abilities.

Stephanie is also quick to identify where analysis ends and emotions begin, and vice versa. In other words, there are endless spreadsheets, charts, and figures that can prove or disprove value, but emotions are factors in residential sales.
